1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Less Effort AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Less Effort AI provides AI-assisted creation tools for Roblox Studio. Our service helps developers build maps, write scripts, create UI, and more through natural language prompts.

3. Account Terms

  • One account per person
  • Sharing license keys is prohibited and may result in suspension
  • VPN/proxy connections are not permitted
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Usage and Credits

  • Subscription credits refresh monthly and do not roll over
  • Wallet pack credits never expire
  • Each AI model has a credit cost per use
  • We reserve the right to adjust credit costs with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Generate content that violates Roblox Terms of Service
  • Generate malicious code, exploits, or cheats
  • Attempt to extract AI prompts or system instructions
  • Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others

6. Content Ownership

  • You own the content you create using our Service
  • We do not claim ownership of your games or scripts
  • You grant us a limited license to process your prompts for the purpose of providing the Service

7. Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions billed monthly via Stripe
  • Wallet packs are one-time purchases
  • 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

8. Intellectual Property

All Less Effort AI branding, logos, and original content are property of Less Effort AI. The Roblox name and logo are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.

9. Privacy

We collect minimal data: email, IP address (for security), and prompt history (for AI memory features). See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Suspended accounts forfeit remaining credits.

11. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
  • AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed
  • We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Technical Infrastructure

The Service operates on standard cloud infrastructure providers and integrates with various third-party services for analytics, payments, and core functionality. AI capabilities are powered by leading large language model providers including Anthropic (Claude models). Our use of these underlying technologies is in compliance with their respective terms of service. Models are accessed via API and presented under our own branding (Orion, Stellar, Apex, Titan) for clarity and product consistency.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
